Q. Why did you become a trainer?
A. My life changed drastically when I started exercising and really focusing on my health. I decided to become a personal trainer to help others change their lives too, and believe in themselves.

A. Enthusiastic, determined, confident, dedicated, precise.
Q. What would you tell someone who is afraid to start a fitness training program?
A. Being afraid of something that is new is very normal…but you will not change if you stay in your comfort zone.
Q. Name one crucial/important thing you want people to know about you.
A. I want people to know that I truly care about all of my clients. Every client’s workouts and nutrition/meal plans are developed based on their specific goals, everything is custom designed. I want you to succeed and I will be your biggest cheerleader along the way.
