Whether it be helping you set out on the path towards a healthier lifestyle that lasts for years or just helping you lose some of those winter/holiday pounds, I give every client the same attention. With each workout designed specifically to your needs, you can be assured that you won’t be getting a cookie cutter fitness plan. Also, since I have a background in boxing and kickboxing, you have the option of including those skills into your workouts. I do kickboxing classes three days a week to give you another option to stay active and get in shape. Not only will this be beneficial in terms of reaching your fitness goals, you’ll have a great time, build confidence and learn a new skill. The more options you have, the more you can keep your workouts fun, challenging and rewarding.
